Who we are
James runs the day to day, and Talia supports behind the scenes. It's a small family run business in Melbourne's east. A lot of the homes we clean are older houses in suburbs like Canterbury and Kew, with leadlight and timber sash windows.
One standard, written down
We wanted every clean done the same way, whoever turns up. So we wrote down how a job is done, including wiping the frames and sills on every window.
The work is done by our own technicians, all trained to that standard. They work in uniform and are covered by our insurance. On glass cleaned by hand, they get down low and look across it, because some marks only show from that angle.
