Most homes we look after start with the exteriors. That is the clean that changes how the house looks from the street and how every room facing the garden feels.
From there we can take care of the interiors, the fly screens and the window tracks. We will walk the property with you before we start and tell you honestly what needs doing and what can wait.

Inside, it is done by hand. Shoes off at the door, and a dry detailing cloth on every edge before we move on.
Before we pack up we walk the whole property again and check every window from low down and from the side, because that is where marks hide. If we find something, we fix it there and then.
