Exterior window cleaning
Every pane, the frames, the sills and a brush out of the tracks, finished with our RainGuard Finish. Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals that dry on glass as spotting, which is why a hose never really gets windows clean. We finish with filtered pure water instead, so the glass dries clear on its own. We test the water before every job. We do not leave until you are happy

So before we pack up, we walk the whole property again and check every window from low down and from the side, because that is where marks hide, and that is how you will actually see them from the kitchen table or the couch.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For most homes in Melbourne's east, every three months keeps them consistently clear. More sheltered homes can usually stretch to twice a year. Homes under gum trees, near a main road, or with garden irrigation hitting the glass tend to need it more often. We will give you an honest recommendation rather than the most expensive one.
How does the online price work?
It is based on the size and style of your home, which is a good guide for most properties. If your home has something unusual about it, the form will ask you to give us a call instead so we can quote it properly rather than guess.
Do I need to be home?
For exteriors, no, as long as we can get access and use a garden tap. For interiors, someone needs to let us in.
What is the RainGuard Finish?
It is how we finish every exterior clean. We use filtered pure water with the minerals taken out, so it dries off the glass without leaving spotting behind.
What is the 7 Day Rain Guarantee?
It is included on our Seasonal plan. If rain marks your windows within seven days of a clean, tell us and we will come back and take care of it.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Then we fix it before we leave. We walk the property with you at the end of every job and check the result together, and we do not take payment until you are happy with it.
